Levels of Legal Services Assisted Services which means - Client relates directly to other party and court. Attorney at Clients request. Attorney provides background advice/comment on some or all of the following: client's self-diagnosis of legal matter, client's legal rights and obligations, procedural aspects of court filing and service of process, discovery preparation, legal research and analysis, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options. Representation which means - Attorney provides full legal services necessary to and for the client's claim and/or to promote and protect the client's interest. Attorney communicates with others and court on client's behalf. Attorney prepares all necessary paperwork for client action. Limited Services which means- Attorney advises and counsels Client and represents Client to and in court to all athers for a certain time period ( for instance, until the day of a specific month), certian event ( for instance, a particular court hearing) or a certian part of the legal representation process ( for instance, negotiation only).
